Welcome to the new Beef and Eggs Website! 2009 will mark the 5th Annual Run for Beef and Eggs 5k and we hope you can join us in celebrating 5 great years. As always, our race will feature a great course, running through the newly renovated downtown Brookings, through residential neighborhoods and Hillcrest Park, and starting/finishing on the lawn of the courthouse. The course is fast and shaded, and knock on wood, we have had perfect weather every year thus far! Beef and Eggs is fun for all ability levels and is open to strollers and walkers, while also appealing to competitive racers by offering top prize $$$.  Registration includes...
